This summer, Beginnings is excited to offer our currently enrolled students two different camp programs – one designed specifically for toddlers and twos, and another geared towards the needs and interests of three through five years olds.

The toddler and twos program will build on the comfort level that our youngest children have formed throughout this school year. Each group will have at least one of its current classroom teachers, and many of the routines will remain consistent. Special summertime activities will include sand exploration, various forms of water play (bubbles, sprinklers, outdoor water tables), beach-theme art projects (using shells and other natural materials) and simple summertime cooking activities.

Our program for three to five year olds will focus on special projects and activities, both in the classroom and throughout the school. Drawing on the skills and talents of our regular teaching staff, we will present a variety of activities for your child to choose from, including:

• Dance
• Yoga
• Theatre Arts
  
• Painting Studio
• Cooking
• Rock Band
  
• Woodworking

In addition to the regular schedule, everyone will take weekly trips to local parks and events.  The backyard play area will be transformed into a city "beach" with sprinklers and sand toys. And, of course, we will enjoy fruit juice pops everyday!
